Leadership Foundations provides experienced supervisors, managers, and associate/assistant directors with an ongoing foundation of leadership learning and development. The course focuses on building personal mastery in authentic leadership, leading with resilience and confidence, leading teams to excellence and building leadership within your teams.
The course builds on a leader’s ability to make effective and timely decisions which is an essential skill for successful executives.
